Water line leak detection and repair or replacement

Paul and Gabe were great to work with. The water company had cranked up the water pressure into my house and I was having a lot of issues. Once they saw what was going on, they jumped right on it the next morning, installed a PRV and got the water pressure back down to around 60 psi. I’m thankful for their good work and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone! Perry Basler

I had a leaking outdoor spigot and had already been let down by three different plumbing/handyman services. With the winter months quickly approaching, I knew I needed to get it taken care of sooner rather than later, so I turned to my local Facebook page for recommendations. PBGS was recommended, and I’m so glad I reached out! They were responsive, professional, and able to come out the very next day. I especially appreciated the courtesy call about 20 minutes before their arrival. Paul assessed the issue with the spigot, and I also showed him my sons’ wobbly toilet. He provided a fair, reasonable quote for both repairs and was able to complete the work that same day! It’s hard to put into words the peace of mind I felt knowing the spigot was finally fixed before winter. I understand that smaller jobs may not always be the most appealing, and I suspect that’s why I had such a difficult time finding someone willing to take this on. However, Paul treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and addressed everything promptly, efficiently, and at a reasonable price. I’m incredibly grateful for the excellent service and for a company that genuinely values its customers, regardless of the size of the job. PBGS has earned a customer for life, and I will absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional plumber. Thank you, Paul and PBGS, for making what had been a frustrating experience such a positive one!

Gabe and Paul were great! Paul was very easy to communicate with and showed up exactly when he said he would. Did a great job at fixing the leak I had and at a very reasonable price! 10/10 ⭐️

Arrived on time. Courteous, friendly, and professional service at a reasonable price. I’ll use again in a heartbeat.

We had an issue with the washing machine and kitchen sink draining into the dishwasher. We had a geyser in a laundry room, and a flash flood in the kitchen earlier in the week and thought, "yeah that's not normal." I put up a post on Facebook and these folks were tagged multiple times. They even contacted me after seeing the tags and I trult appreciate gumption like that. They even agreed to come out on a rainy Saturday and provide me with a free estimate and some diagnostics related to the issues. My only intention was to get the free estimate and then get a few others and go with the cheapest company. It didnt happen that way - Paul and Gabe (father/son team) were so knowledgeable and friendly, I decided just to go with them. The drainage was a hot mess and the lines were full of debris, including tree roots, other funky materials and a plastic milk jug. They did all the work in the rain and entertained my need to talk everyone's ear off. Gabe even handed me an umbrella so that I could stand outside and not get drenched. They did a lot of work in gross weather and remained super friendly and professional the entire time. I feel the price that was given was more than fair for all the work they did. They gained a lifetime customer at this house. I will now be one of the folks who tags them when I see someone out therr needing a plumber. Thank you both again!

Great service! I received help in a timely fashion, these guys are the best!

Words can’t describe the service this company provides to their customers. I discovered our Earline from the meter to the house was leaking and needed to be replaced. I used Google to search for a local plumber to get some quotes and decided to contact PBGS Plumbing due to them being a family owned and operated business, let me tell you, my decision was certainly no mistake. Paul called me within 30 minutes after I sent my email for what I needed done. After a short conversation I received a very reasonable quote and accepted. They could have been onsite to do the work the same day however I elected to schedule it for another day. On the day of the work, Paul’s son Gabriel and two helpers arrived at my house to start the work, 30-45 minutes early I may add which was awesome, it was a very hot day and our ground was very hard, full of roots and rocks for digging the 75’ trench, all three men worked all day and never once did I hear any complaints, only a comment of how much they appreciated me offering them the opportunity to do my project. Gabe and his crew worked very hard and did an outstanding job to get our water back on in the afternoon. Their work ethics and professional attitudes was more than I expected from a small family owned business. They will definitely be my choice for any future plumbing needs. Paul stopped by to deliver a pressure reducing valve that we need to replace and I met him as well. Very kind and professional to say the least, I see where his son gets his manors from. If you need a plumbing company that won’t let you down then you definitely should go with PBGS Plumbing, you will not be sorry. Billy LaFollette, Chattanooga

Very polite young gentleman who came and fixed a problem that could have been worse. Explained to me what he would be fixing. Timing was also on point to when they say they will be at your home. Very good service

Called for a broken pipe and in no time the man was on our drive way with a shovel digging it out! Totally recommend this company! Stays saved on our phones as Paul the good plumber!

Paul did a fantastic job replacing an old water heater in a not so easy to get to basement. He came the same day that I called him , picked up the water heater at the store, installed it and took the old one away. He was very professional and kind. I would call on him again in a heartbeat. I am placing his phone number at the top of my help me call list.

Paul was great! He was timely, efficient and did a great job repairing our plumbing issue.

Excellent service! Very responsive, very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. Wasted no time in taking care of the problem I would highly recommend.

Came out right away after another company was unable to do the job. Not only did they get the job done in a fraction of the time, but they did it for a fraction of the cost. 100% plan on using PBGS in the future.

Paul and Gabriel did a Fantastic job! Would definitely recommend them!

Paul Benjamin and his son Gabe replaced water heater in my home early evening. Not only were they timely, efficient but very courteous and gracious. Highly reccomend their plumbing company seeving North West GA area.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I started my search for a plumber by going straight to the infamous 1-star reviews first—because that’s where I usually learn the most. PBGS Plumbing has NONE. After today, I know why! Let me be clear—they didn’t offer me anything. This review is 100% because people need to know these are genuinely good, honest folks—not some price-gouging, upselling machine. I didn’t even call. I sent a message through their website, and within 5 minutes I got a call back. I explained my situation, and he said, “Let me get ready, I’ll be on my way.” The whole conversation took maybe 2 minutes. Paul and Gabriel showed up this morning. Right away they asked if I had sewage or a septic tank. I said sewage 🤦🏾‍♂️…Since we couldn’t find the main line, the plan was to snake the toilet. They gave me a quote, I agreed, and they got to work—ran 100 ft and still nothing. Instead of just charging me and leaving, they kept working the problem. Come to find out… we have a septic tank (yeah… that one’s on me 😅). These guys went above and beyond—made multiple calls on my behalf, confirmed the septic system, showed me where it was located, and even reached out to two different contacts—and actually found someone who could help me the same day. And here’s the part that really got me… After all that time and effort, Paul looked at me and said, “Since we couldn’t fix it, I’m only going to charge you the service fee.” Who does that?? Good people. That’s who. DON’T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE—you found them. Thank you, Paul and Gabriel! I saved you in my phone as “Father & Son Duo” 😂 You’ll be the first call I make for any plumbing needs moving forward! At the end of the day, the job is DONE. No more sewage in the tub, no more flooding, no more clogged toilets. 🙏🏾 -Freddy

PBGS did a great job of disconnecting a tub that wasn't being used and installing a sink faucet. Their cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them for you plumbing needs.

Absolutely love these folks. So helpful with our water line issues. Highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.
