Words can’t describe the service this company provides to their customers. I discovered our Earline from the meter to the house was leaking and needed to be replaced. I used Google to search for a local plumber to get some quotes and decided to contact PBGS Plumbing due to them being a family owned and operated business, let me tell you, my decision was certainly no mistake. Paul called me within 30 minutes after I sent my email for what I needed done. After a short conversation I received a very reasonable quote and accepted. They could have been onsite to do the work the same day however I elected to schedule it for another day. On the day of the work, Paul’s son Gabriel and two helpers arrived at my house to start the work, 30-45 minutes early I may add which was awesome, it was a very hot day and our ground was very hard, full of roots and rocks for digging the 75’ trench, all three men worked all day and never once did I hear any complaints, only a comment of how much they appreciated me offering them the opportunity to do my project. Gabe and his crew worked very hard and did an outstanding job to get our water back on in the afternoon. Their work ethics and professional attitudes was more than I expected from a small family owned business. They will definitely be my choice for any future plumbing needs. Paul stopped by to deliver a pressure reducing valve that we need to replace and I met him as well. Very kind and professional to say the least, I see where his son gets his manors from. Paul did a fantastic job replacing an old water heater in a not so easy to get to basement. He came the same day that I called him , picked up the water heater at the store, installed it and took the old one away. He was very professional and kind. I would call on him again in a heartbeat. I am placing his phone number at the top of my help me call list.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I started my search for a plumber by going straight to the infamous 1-star reviews first—because that’s where I usually learn the most. PBGS Plumbing has NONE. After today, I know why! Let me be clear—they didn’t offer me anything. This review is 100% because people need to know these are genuinely good, honest folks—not some price-gouging, upselling machine. I didn’t even call. I sent a message through their website, and within 5 minutes I got a call back. I explained my situation, and he said, “Let me get ready, I’ll be on my way.” The whole conversation took maybe 2 minutes. Paul and Gabriel showed up this morning. Right away they asked if I had sewage or a septic tank. I said sewage 🤦🏾‍♂️…Since we couldn’t find the main line, the plan was to snake the toilet. They gave me a quote, I agreed, and they got to work—ran 100 ft and still nothing. Instead of just charging me and leaving, they kept working the problem. Come to find out… we have a septic tank (yeah… that one’s on me 😅). These guys went above and beyond—made multiple calls on my behalf, confirmed the septic system, showed me where it was located, and even reached out to two different contacts—and actually found someone who could help me the same day. And here’s the part that really got me… After all that time and effort, Paul looked at me and said, “Since we couldn’t fix it, I’m only going to charge you the service fee.” Who does that?? Good people. That’s who. DON’T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE—you found them. Thank you, Paul and Gabriel! I saved you in my phone as “Father & Son Duo” 😂 You’ll be the first call I make for any plumbing needs moving forward! At the end of the day, the job is DONE. PBGS did a great job of disconnecting a tub that wasn't being used and installing a sink faucet. Their cost was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them for you plumbing needs.
