PBGS Plumbing sells quality workmanship. Paul and Gabriel did amazing work installing a hot water heater, pan, and TPRV drain in our cabin. Paul gave me repair options and I decided to replace it. The guys also replaced the valves, faucets, and fixtures in the bath tub and sink. They worked late and in some tight quarters to get the job done right. I appreciate the quality work at a fair price and look forward to using them again in the future.

PBGS Plumbing totally saved the day! When our ancient tankless water heater died on Black Friday, no other local company could be bothered to pick up the phone. Paul reached out and was at my house within the hour, assessed the situation, left and gathered materials, and then came back and stayed until 10:30pm installing a new 50 gallon electric water heater with all the necessary wiring and piping. They’re good people who care and want to provide honest service to their customers. Highly recommended and have already referred a few friends and family!

Honestly, amazing people and quality work! We called them after our home warranty company sent a company out that quoted a ridiculous amount of money and honestly just made me uncomfortable. These guys came right out, gave us a great quote and did the work the same day with promise of payment after our warranty company sent us the $$. They didn’t hesitate to help us and ensure our family of 8 had running/hot water again. They’ve been so kind and understanding. They’ve even remembered that my husband needed surgery and reached out to make sure he was doing ok. We will be using them in the future if ever needed for sure!

Fantastic service! We had a water leak in the pipes coming from out hot water heater. 10/10 recommend father and son duo, my plumbing hasn't been touch in nearly 50 years fixed the shower ( a Frankenstein mess) into a functional shower unit. ( even if it took longer than expected ) replaced 2 drains & plumbing under sink. (equally a mess before) made them both functional & useful! Was using buckets in the kitchen beforehand for nearly a year, before I could find someone reasonable for the job! Price was great & good vibes! Thank you guys again! We have used PBGS Plumbing for the last two years. They find the problem, they fix the problem, and they do it for a reasonable price. And twice now, they have come early or stayed late to take care of us. Thay are the best plumbing service we have ever used.

So thankful for these guys! They came out when it was late and worked until nearly midnight fixing my plumbing problem. They did have to come back for about an hour the next morning but was there and done. Very professional and couldn’t ask for more down to earth friendly people. We had a pipe to bust from the cold weather.My daughter had an unfortunate situation a few weeks back.She recommended PBGS PLUMBING to us because of the service she received from them.I have to tell this and it’s lengthy but people need to hear this. I told my daughter she should have commented and gave them a great review after what she told me. She has been under so much stress with our grandchildren and her job, she simply didn’t think about it.So, i am commenting for her experience with PBGS and mine afterwards. Awhile back she had no water. She was talking on the phone to a friend when she discovered it.Her friend had to hunt for the number of a plumbing company they had used several times. It was PBGS PLUMBING. My daughter told me it was late in the evening and it was useless to call that day. But she went ahead and called and explained to them that she suddenly had no water. They asked what was her address and fortunately they had just finished a job about 8 miles from where she lived. They told her they could come by and possibly do something temporarily to get water for the night.Let’s shorten this a bit. They were able to fix the problem that evening. They had the parts on their work truck that was needed and it was fixed permanently! And no, she didn’t pay dearly! She had forgotten to tell me this till later. When she first made the call, they told her it would be maybe 30 minutes or longer because they were already on the interstate heading back to their shop. They actually got off onto an exit and headed back that way. That’s unheard of!! Anyone that caring will definitely get my business! I will make my comment short. They came out, gave me an estimate and left.I called my brother in law with their price they gave me. He told me that he don’t see how they can do it for that price. I showed him the estimate and it had all the parts needed and was the labor was going to cost. My brother in law builds houses and has to work side by side with plumbers,electricians etc… He said that he has heard the name PBGS a lot and has never been told anything bad. He said they probably don’t have any overhead or middle men holding their hands out. They can give better quotes because of that. He told me he thought if it’s the same company, they’re a well established family company. I called them that evening and told them they have the job. Showed up the next morning when they said they would,worked nonstop till lunch. They were actually going to work through their break to be sure to get it repaired. They did stop for a few minutes but went right back to work.Finished the repair,placed everything back they had to move, cleaned up.They sat around and talked for another good 30 minutes or so.They were friendly,professional,and fast. Of course, anyone knows that it doesn’t always work out like that. Depends, I’m told of what kind of job it is.My wife and I wanted to give them extra because of their low price compared to others. I had to say all this knowing a review like this is uncommon.I just think most people are like myself needing to save money anyway they can.

Paul and his wife picked up the hot water heater for me since I don't have a large enough vehicle. They arrived on time and were super nice and courteous. I appreciate that they cleaned up everything before they left. I have already passed their information to two of my friends. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do they will be the only plumbers I call.
